The UnMortgage website and Money Map provide educational estimates based on information you enter. Results are not a commitment to lend, an approval, a rate quote, legal advice, tax advice, or a guarantee of savings or payoff timing.

Money Map Estimates

Money Map results depend on assumptions about rates, income, spending, deposits, property information, and future behavior. Actual loan terms and results depend on qualification, underwriting, property eligibility, credit, market rates, lender requirements, and the accuracy of the information provided.

Communications Consent

When you check the consent box and submit your contact information, you agree that UnMortgage may contact you by telephone, email, and text message about your Money Map, requested information, appointment, or application. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of text messages or use the unsubscribe link in an email. Consent is not required to obtain financing.

Applications

Submitting information does not guarantee approval or create a loan agreement. Additional information and documentation may be required. Final terms are provided through the applicable lender and loan-origination process.
