The UnMortgage website and Money Map provide educational estimates based on information you enter. Results are not a commitment to lend, an approval, a rate quote, legal advice, tax advice, or a guarantee of savings or payoff timing.

Money Map Estimates

Money Map results depend on assumptions about rates, income, spending, deposits, property information, and future behavior. Actual loan terms and results depend on qualification, underwriting, property eligibility, credit, market rates, lender requirements, and the accuracy of the information provided.

Communications Consent

When you check the consent box and submit your contact information, you agree that UnMortgage may contact you by telephone, email, and text message about your Money Map, requested information, appointment, or application. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of text messages or use the unsubscribe link in an email. Consent is not required to obtain financing.

Digital Product Purchases and Refunds

The digital edition of Your 30yr Mortgage is a F@KIN' Joke is sold as a one-time purchase for $14.99 before applicable tax. The optional UnMortgage Quick-Start Workbook may be added to the same book order for $9. The UnMortgage Video Companion Course with its Blueprint Workbook may be offered to confirmed book buyers as a separate one-time purchase for $99. Final prices and applicable tax are displayed in Stripe Checkout before payment.

MyLO Media processes these payments through Stripe for UnMortgage. Delivery begins after successful payment through the protected download or course-access page and purchase email.

Each digital purchase includes a 30-day Love It Or Pay Nothing refund window measured from that purchase's original date. To request a refund, call UnMortgage at (919) 646-6869 and provide the purchaser's name and purchase email. Approved refunds are returned through Stripe to the original payment method. Bank processing time can vary. A refund ends the purchaser's right to access or distribute the refunded digital product. A book order that includes the $9 workbook is one bundled Stripe purchase and is refunded together.

Applications

Submitting information does not guarantee approval or create a loan agreement. Additional information and documentation may be required. Final terms are provided through the applicable lender and loan-origination process.
