UnMortgage (operated by Jason Iacovelli, NMLS #3370) respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect and how we use it.

Information We Collect

When you use the Money Map, request information, book a session, download our book, or submit an application, we may collect your name, email address, phone number, self-reported mortgage and household cash-flow information, property information, calculator results, application information, source information, and communication-consent record.

How We Use Your Information

We use your information to create and deliver your Money Map, respond to requests, provide personalized follow-up, schedule and confirm sessions, process an application, connect calculator information with your application, and provide customer support. We do not sell or rent your information for third-party marketing.

Data Storage

Your information may be stored in our CRM (GoHighLevel) and, when you submit an application, in our loan-origination system (ARIVE). We retain information as required to provide services, comply with lending and recordkeeping obligations, resolve disputes, and honor applicable deletion requests.

Attribution and Analytics

We use a first-party attribution cookie across unmortgage.ai and book.unmortgage.ai to keep bounded first-touch campaign information, click identifiers, the landing path, the outside referring host, and a timestamp. It is not designed to collect form fields or full query strings.

Google Analytics 4 measures page visits and funnel activity. Analytics storage is granted. Advertising storage, advertising user data, and advertising personalization are denied. Google Signals and advertising-personalization signals are disabled.

On book.unmortgage.ai, the Meta Pixel and Meta-enabled Conversions API measure limited book-commerce events, including page views, product views, checkout starts, and verified purchases. Automatic advanced matching and automatic website-event collection are disabled. Only book.unmortgage.ai is allowed to send events to the book dataset. We do not intentionally send mortgage application fields, calculator inputs, email addresses, phone numbers, or card information to Meta through this setup.

Microsoft Clarity provides session analytics and heatmaps on UnMortgage pages. The project is classified as Financial Services and Insurance and uses Balanced masking for sensitive text, images, and page text according to Clarity's settings. Masking reduces exposure. It is not a guarantee that every visible item will be masked in every circumstance.

Stripe Checkout

Stripe hosts payment collection on checkout.stripe.com. UnMortgage does not receive or store your card number. Microsoft Clarity on UnMortgage pages does not record the Stripe-hosted checkout page.

Calls, Email, and Text Messages

If you provide consent, we may contact you by telephone, email, or text about your Money Map, requested information, appointment, or application. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of text messages. Consent is not required to obtain financing.
