Cookie and Browser Storage Policy

UnMortgage uses cookies, local browser storage, analytics, and similar technologies to operate the website, preserve information you enter, measure site performance, protect forms, and understand whether important steps are working.

Browser Storage

The Money Map and application handoff may use local browser storage to preserve calculator inputs, contact information, and identifiers between pages. This information can remain in your browser until it is cleared, replaced, or removed by the application.

First-Party Attribution

After approval we set host-only unm_public_attr_v1 for up to 90 days, containing only approved campaign source, medium and name. Main-site consent is stored in unm_marketing_v1 for up to 180 days. Google and Meta may set their own measurement identifiers after approval. Rejecting clears accessible main-site measurement cookies; it does not clear independent book-store storage.

The attribution cookie is not designed to store form fields or full query strings. We use it to connect the first visit with later funnel activity, not to retarget you across other websites.

Analytics and Conversion Measurement

On unmortgage.ai, optional Google Analytics and Meta measurement stays off until you select Allow marketing measurement. Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track override approval. Only the homepage, About, How It Works and FAQ are eligible; no contact or financial form values are included. Public-page addresses are cleaned before measurement, retaining only explicitly approved campaign values. Other query values, fragments and click identifiers are not passed to measurement. Unreviewed referring URLs suppress measurement for that document. Google advertising features are disabled. Providers receive technical information such as IP address, browser information and cookie identifiers along with page views; Google may also generate session and engagement events. Use Marketing privacy choices to withdraw consent: the page reloads without measurement. Withdrawal cannot recall data already sent, and requests already in progress may complete. Other open tabs respond when notified or next checked.

The separate book.unmortgage.ai store has its own commerce measurement and release controls. The main-site choice does not change book-store consent, checkout or fulfillment. Main-site Meta measurement uses dataset 883995277903463 only for the public-page scope above, with no advanced matching, form discovery or financial conversion events. Book-store privacy controls are being reconciled separately.

Session replay and Vercel behavioral analytics are disabled on the main site. No Google Analytics, Meta or session replay is loaded on calculator, application, booking, contact-capture or private routes. Form security and requested service delivery remain separate from optional measurement.

Stripe hosts payment collection on checkout.stripe.com. UnMortgage does not receive or store your card number. Session replay is disabled on the main site.

Form Security and Service Providers

Forms may use Cloudflare Turnstile or similar security technology to reduce spam and automated abuse. Information you submit may be sent to service providers used to operate the requested service, including GoHighLevel for contact management and ARIVE when you begin a loan application.

Your Controls

You can control or delete cookies and local browser storage through your browser settings. You can also use Meta's ad preferences and browser privacy controls to limit advertising measurement. Blocking required storage or security technologies may prevent parts of the Money Map, forms, or application handoff from working correctly.
